************* [Judgment of the Court was delivered by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] This Writ Appeal is directed against the order dated 18.09.2013 made in W.P.(MD).No.14953 of 2013.

2. The said Writ Petition was filed by the appellant herein to consider the representation dated 12.08.2013 for revocation of suspension order and the same was dismissed on the ground that the criminal case for corruption was under investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned counsel for the appellant is unable to state as what is the present position and whether charge sheet has been laid. In the light of the above, we do not propose to keep the Writ Appeal pending any longer and while confirming the order passed by the Writ Court and dismissing the Writ Appeal, we give liberty to the appellant to approach the respondent by way of fresh representation for revocation of suspension order and the same shall be considered by the respondents on merits and in accordance with law. No costs.
