After submitting a representation before the District Revenue Officer for correction of alleged UDR errors in Patta No.136, the petitioner seeks the early disposal of such representation.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for both the respondents. He submits that the inquiry notice was issued on 09.05.2025 and that the representation would be disposed of on merits within three

(3) months.

3. In these circumstances, without making any observations on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation on merits within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to the petitioner and all pattadars and providing them a reasonable opportunity. No costs.
