Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 herein to take necessary action against the 5th and 6th respondent herein by registering a case u/s.306 of I.P.C., in Crime No.15 of 2011 on the file of Kenikkarai POlice Station on the basis of the death note of the deceased namely Mr.Jeya Pandi and the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.01.2011 within a time which may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
