JUDGMENT

************* [Judgment of the Court was made T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] This writ appeal by the District Collector and two others, is directed against the order dated 30.04.2013 in W.P.(MD).No.7817 of 2013. The writ petition was filed by the respondent herein to quash the proceedings of the first appellant dated 14.02.2013 by which the request made by the respondent herein for appointment on compassionate ground was rejected, as she is a married woman. 2.The learned single Judge rightly held that the respondent cannot be disqualified on the ground that she is a married woman. Further,reliance was placed on an earlier decision this Court in W.P.No.8686 of 2011 dated 02.07.2012.

3.The above mentioned view has already been approved by the Division Bench. Therefore we find no ground to entertain this appeal and the writ appeal fails and the same is dismissed. No Costs.
