This Civil Revision Petition is filed to pass an order of speedy disposal of the suit in O.S.No.620 of 2022 pending before the learned IV Additional District Judge, Madurai within the time stipulated by this Court. 1/4

2. Considering the limited relief that has been granted in this Civil Revision Petition, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. In a suit filed for recovery of money, the suit had reached the stage of framing issues and had been adjourned for framing issues for the past seven months. Hence, there shall be a direction to the learned IV Additional District Judge, Madurai, to expeditiously dispose the suit in O.S.No.620 of 2022 as early as possible not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
