************* [Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SUBBIAH, J.] Today, when the appeal came up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the appellants submits that the appellants have issued appointment order to the respondent on 09.11.2013 itself and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Appeal. The learned counsel for the respondent has also confirmed the said fact.

2. In view of the above, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
