Mrs.M.Aasha Government Advocate (Criminal Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition No.7(iv) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.12411 of 2025 in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.13564 of 2025 dated 15.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.12411 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.13564 of 2/4
