Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent Assistant Elementary Educational Officer in A.Thi.Mu.No.732/A/2011 dated 09.08.2011, quash the same and further direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to approve forthwith the appointment of S.Surekha as Secondary Grade Teacher in the petitioner's school w.e.f. 19.01.2011 and disburse the grant-in-aid towards her salary and allowances.

The learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, appointment of the writ petitioner has been approved by the competent authorities.
