Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to fix the scale of pay payable to the petitioner from 01.01.93 as per the direction of the Labour Court in its award of dated 17.05.93 passed in I.D.No.685/90 as confirmed by this Honourable Court in its order dated 27.11.01 in W.P. No.13040/94 and to revise the same with increments, revision, review benefits etc., and to pay the arrears in difference of pay and allowances with all consequential benefits payable to him from 01.11.99 together with interest at the rate of 16% p.a. and also to pay him the backwages payable to him from 10.01.90 to 31.10.99 with interest at the rate of 16% p.a.
