herein to revise the petitioners wages with effect from 01.09.2023 based on the 15th tripartite wage settlement dated 29.05.2025 and to pay arrears of wages payable from 01.09.2023 to 29.02.2024 and also difference in Gratuity, Provident Fund, Leave salary and arrears of pension from 01.03.2024 to 31.07.2025 along with the interest at the rate of 10 percent per annum from the date of wage settlement dated 29.05.2025 till the date of actual payment and subsequently direct the respondents to pay the interest at the rate of 18 percent per annum for the belated settlement of the petitioner's retirement benefits namely EPF Employees contribution, Gratuity, Commuted value of Pension and leave salary for the period from 29.02.2024 to 25.08.2025 based on the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2025 within the time fixed by this Court. ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to revise the petitioners wages with effect from 01.09.2023 based on the 15th tripartite wage settlement dated 29.05.2025 2/5
and to pay arrears of wages payable from 01.09.2023 to 29.02.2024 and also difference in Gratuity, Provident Fund, Leave salary and arrears of pension from 01.03.2024 to 31.07.2025 along with the interest at the rate of 10 percent per annum from the date of wage settlement dated 29.05.2025 till the date of actual payment and subsequently direct the respondents to pay the interest at the rate of 18 percent per annum for the belated settlement of the petitioner's retirement benefits namely EPF Employees contribution, Gratuity, Commuted value of Pension and leave salary for the period from 29.02.2024 to 25.08.2025 based on the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2025 within the time fixed by this Court.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in this writ petition is covered by an earlier order passed by this Court and has placed reliance on the order made in W.P(MD)No.20522 of 2025 dated 29.07.2025.
3. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent also does not dispute the said fact.

In view of the same, the respondents are directed to release the eligible benefits to the petitioner together with 6% interest, since the settlement has not been paid in time, from the due date till the date of disbursement, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
