(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.) This application has been filed to condone the delay of 308 days in representing the CMP(MD)SR No.46910 of 2025.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it had been stated that the papers had been returned for various compliances and necessary steps have to be obtained for the said compliances.
