ORDER
The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 06.10.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 406, 420 and 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.11 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant's father namely, Ramasubramaniyam, died on 11.11.2011 leaving the complainant as his legal heir. After his death, on 05.01.2024, the first accused fraudulently, without the knowledge of the defacto complainant, executed a power of attorney in favour of the petitioner. Hence, this case.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. However, he has been arrested and he is languishing in jail from 06.10.2025. He further submits that A1, A3 and A5 have already been granted bail. Therefore, he prays for grant of bail.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police opposed for grant of bail on the ground that according to the lower Court, the petitioner is the main accused. He further submitted that the investigation is pending. Hence, he opposed for grant of bail.
5. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the period of incarceration suffered by the 2/4
petitioner, this Court has already granted interim bail to the petitioner till 06.11.2025, vide order, dated 17.10.2025.
6. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already executed bond and sureties and submitted the same before the Trial Court, based on the earlier order, dated 17.10.2025 and complying with the conditions stated in the interim bail order regularly.
7. Therefore, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, the earlier order, dated 17.10.2025, is made absolute. Since investigation is pending, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required. The sureties already submitted before the Trial Court shall hold good. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered. 05.11.2025 PJL 3/4
