JUDGMENT
[Judgment of the Court was made by K.RAVICHANDRABAABU,J.] This Writ Appeal is directed against the order of the Writ Court in dismissing the Writ Petition filed by the appellant herein seeking for a mandamus directing the respondents to remove the Petitioner's name from the rowdy sheet maintained by the third respondent.

2.After admitting this Writ Appeal on 11.12.2013, the same is listed today for further hearing. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted before us that during the pendency of the Writ Appeal, the name of the Writ Petitioner is removed from the rowdy list by issuing proceedings dated 1.1.2018, w.e.f. 31.12.2017, as there was no adverse remarks for the past one decade. He has also produced a copy of the said proceedings. The learned counsel for the appellant is not disputing the said fact.
3.Considering the above-said subsequent development that had taken place after filing the Writ Appeal, nothing survives in this Writ Appeal to be adjudicated upon further.
