By relying on a sale deed dated 12.05.2025 and patta No.1819 in respect of survey Nos.395/2A2A2A and 395/2B1B, the petitioner asserts title to the land in survey No.395/2B1B. After applying for patta transfer, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for both the respondents. He submits that the Tahsildar would consider the petitioner's request for patta transfer and pass orders thereon within three

(3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's request for patta transfer within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the pattadar, Papathi.
