Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st Respondent herein to take action against the 2nd and 3rd Respondents for their involvement in serious malpractices and misappropriation of Panchayat fund based on the representation dated 27-01-2011 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Honourable Court.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to take action against the second and third respondents for misappropriation of Panchayat fund, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 27-01-2011.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no more.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication and hence, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
