By this miscellaneous petition, the petitioner seeks to implead the Commissioner and Assistant Commissioner of the HR and CE Department as the 6th and 7th respondents.

2.Mr.Subbaraj, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the 6th and 7th respondents and has no objection to being impleaded.

3. Accordingly, this impleading petition is allowed as prayed for.

Consequently, Registry is directed to carry out the amendments in the main writ petition.
