(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.) This Petition has been filed seeking to serve the respondents 1 to 3 through substitute service.

2. In the affidavit, it had been contended that steps had been earlier taken and again the summons had been returned with the endorsement "left". Second time, again summons had been taken and again, the summons had been returned with the endorsement "left". It had been stated that the third respondent had remained ex-parte even before the trial Court. Therefore, it had been stated that notice to R3 may be dispensed with. By this petition, permission is sought to serve the respondents 1 and 2 through substitutes service in one edition of Malai Malar having circulation in Tenkasi District. Permission is granted. The publication to be effected on or before 27.11.2025, indicating the date of hearing would be 02.01.2026.

3. Accordingly, this petition stands allowed.

4. List the Appeal Suit on 02.01.2026.
