The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that pending writ petition, the sole petitioner has passed away. He has also produced a copy of the death certificate to that effect. It is further submitted that the legal heirs of the petitioner has not taken any steps to contest the case.

2.Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, MP(MD)No.1 of 2011 is closed.
