Heard both sides.

2.The writ petitioner submitted an application dated 02.12.2024 before the first respondent seeking refund of the stamp duty as well as registration fee remitted by him. The first respondent appears to have already conducted enquiry in the matter. The only request made in the writ petition is that the first respondent should conclude the proceedings initiated by him in this regard.

3.No exception can be taken to the said request. The first respondent is directed to conclude the petition mentioned enquiry and pass a speaking order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
