ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 25.09.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.13528 of 2024, wherein this Court has set aside the order of the suspension and directed the Management to treat the petitioner as deemed to have attained superannuation and release the terminal benefits.

2. In compliance with the orders of this Court, the Management has passed orders revoking the order of suspension and permitted him to retire. The proposal for disbursement of terminal benefits has also been forwarded to the educational authorities, who in turn, have forwarded the same to the Accountant General's Office on 13.01.2026.

3. In view of the above said facts, this contempt petition stands closed. 02.02.2026 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No RJR 2/4
