ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) We are not inclined to consider the present appeal, which has been filed challenging the dismissal of a writ miscellaneous petition seeking stay. All that has been done by the writ Court is to dismiss the writ miscellaneous petition noting that the punishment of compulsory retirement has come into force with effect from 01.10.2025, and hence, the Court was not inclined to grant a stay. There is no justification in entertaining this writ appeal and the appellant can very well approach the writ Court seeking disposal of the writ petition. 2.This Writ Appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. [A.S.M.J.,] & [C.K.J.,] 29.10.2025 NCC :Yes/No Index :Yes/No Internet :Yes ta 2/4
