This petition has been filed seeking writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to defreeze the petitioner's HDFC Bank Account No. 50100237526221 (IFSC: HDFC0004037) by retaining only the disputed amount of Rs.50,000/-.
2. When the matter came up for hearing, it is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the account in question has already been defreezed on 02.12.2025.
