(Judgment of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard both sides.

2.One Michael Raj filed W.P(MD)No.13075 of 2012 for quashing the order passed by the Management declining his request for grant of stagnation increments. The writ petition was dismissed vide order dated 09.10.2012. Aggrieved by the same, the writ petitioner filed W.A(MD)No.20 of 2013. The said writ appeal was dismissed on 06.09.2016. Thereafter, Rev.Aplc(MD)No.65 of 2023 was filed and the same came to be allowed on 09.09.2024. As a result, this writ appeal came to be once again reposted for fresh disposal. In the meanwhile, the Management filed Civil Appeal.No.11329 of 2025 for quashing the order 2/4

dated 09.09.2024 allowing Rev.Aplc(MD)No.65 of 2023. The Hon'ble Supreme Court allowed Civil Appeal.No.11329 of 2025 on 02.09.2025. In these circumstances, nothing survives for further adjudication. 3.This Writ Appeal stands closed. No costs.
