Mr.K.R.Laxman, Advocate for R1 Common Prayer : Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are filed to condone the delay of 107 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of Chithiran/the 1st appellant, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of Chithiran/the 1st appellant, and to bring on record petitioner Nos.6 and 7 herein as the legal heirs of the deceased 1st appellant and rank them as appellant Nos.6 and 7 in the Second Appeal in S.A.(MD)No.657 of 2022 on the file of this Court. COMMON ORDER These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 107 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of Chithiran/the 1st appellant, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of Chithiran/the 1st appellant, and to bring on record petitioner Nos.6 and 7 herein as the legal heirs of the 3/5

deceased 1st appellant and rank them as appellant Nos.6 and 7 in the Second Appeal in S.A.(MD)No.657 of 2022 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the 1st respondent, and I have perused the common affidavit filed in support of these petitions.

3. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent has not raised any objection to allow these petitions.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
