ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to pursue this writ appeal satisfied with the reiteration of the directions to the Surveying Authorities to redo the survey afresh. In doing so, the appellant shall be given notice prior to the date of survey.

2. The authorities shall take note of the field measurement sketches dated 27.01.1987, 28.05.1987 as well as the sketch made at the time of survey on 18.05.2023 as well as intervening events. Though guided by the aforesaid sketches, they shall redo the survey and draw a sketch afresh as directed by the writ Court. To be noted that the above 2/4

directions are in respect of the property in S.No.119/3B4, 119/3B4A and 120/6A1 in Kappalur Village, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District. 3.These directions could well have been considered in the review petition as this was the only relief the petitioner was seeking therein. Let the above exercise be completed within a period of twelve weeks from today.

4.This writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the directions as aforesaid. No costs.
