ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the respondents to take action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 04.02.2025 based on the summon sent by the second respondent in C.No.P2/SP 9182/1508/2025 dated 29.03.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and the same was closed.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands closed with direction to the respondents to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith.
