Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.170/A4/2011 dated 25.03.2011 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to forbear the respondents from granting approval to the educational agency of Hindu Ganapathi Kasinathan Elementary and High School at K. Thangammalpuram, Tuticorin District.

JUDGMENT

(Judgment of this Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.) The petitioner made a challenge to the order of the 3rd respondent in and by which, the approval was accorded by the School Committee for the period between 15.01.2011 and 14.01.2014 consisting of 11 persons, which includes the 4th respondent as a Secretary of the School Committee. The Writ Petition came to be dismissed on 12.08.2011 and the present Writ Appeal was filed on 03.11.2011.

2. A Perusal of the order sheet would disclose that the Writ Appeal was directed to be posted along with W.P.(MD)No.14052 of 2009 and it is yet to be admitted. Admittedly, the period came to end on 14.01.2014 and this Court is of the considered view, in the light of the passage obtained, the order has worked out itself and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Appeal. Therefore, the Writ Appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
