ORDER
The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus restraining the first respondent Bank from deducting any amount from his pension account towards the loan liabilities of members of M/s. 2351 Appanampatti Milk Producers Cooperative Society.
2. The petitioner admittedly functioned as the President of the said Cooperative Society during the relevant period. The dispute raised relates to the recovery of loan dues arising out of transactions between the Cooperative Society or its members and the respondent Bank. The grievance essentially involves questions of liability, authorization, and recovery, which necessarily require adjudication of disputed questions of fact.
3. It is further observed that the petitioner has an effective alternative remedy available under the statutory framework governing Cooperative Societies. The issues raised cannot be conclusively adjudicated in the exercise of writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, particularly when the relief sought pertains to enforcement of private rights flowing from contractual obligations.

4. In view of the above observations, this Court is of the considered opinion that the writ petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate competent authority or forum for redressal of his grievance, in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
