ORDER
The petitioner has sought for a direction to the second respondent not to interfere into the civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that an enquiry was conducted based on the complaint given by fourth respondent and the said enquiry has now been closed. Hence, the petitioner would not be called for enquiry anymore.
3.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
