The petitioner seeks for quashing of the FIR in Crime No.706 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is now completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri and the same has been taken on file in S.T.C.No.1545 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
