Prayer in WP(MD). 5943/ 2010 : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS calling for the records relating to proceedings in C.No. L/10852/08 dated 27.10.2009 on the file of the 2nd respondent confirming the order passed by the 3rd respondent dated 25.06.2009 in Se.Mu. order No. Ka. 2835 and quash the same and further directing the respondents to return the bid amount, security deposit and other deposits towards the tender in 1987 Adaiyar Pudukulam, Vilathikulam Taluk, Tuticorin District for cutting Karuvel trees (black babul) with interest and to pay compensation to the petitioner.
