ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.430 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report has been filed in C.C.No.970 of 2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil.
