ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.373 of 2024, registered against the petitioner and others for offences punishable under Sections 189(2) and 293 of the BNS, 2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the investigation had been completed and the final report had already been filed, but the same has not been taken on file, since the final report was filed beyond the period of limitation.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. 03.11.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No Indu 2/4
