ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to issue a passport to the petitioner in respect of Passport Application No. MD1075594450825 dated 04.09.2025, pending before the first respondent, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. It is submitted that only an FIR was registered in the year 2017, but no charge sheet has been filed till date.

3. In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to take note of the said fact and consider and pass orders on the petitioner's passport application in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
