ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging the violation of the order of this Court dated 17.10.2024 made in WP(MD)No.23546 of 2024, wherein this Court has directed the respondents to extend the benefits of G.O(Ms) No.216, Finance (Pay Cell) Department, dated 22.03.1993.

2. In compliance with the order of this Court, proceedings have been issued on 11.12.2025, conferring the said benefits.
