This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the earlier disposal of the appeal suit filed under Order 41 Rule 1 and 2 r/w Section 96 of CPC in A.S.No.29 of 2023 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Pattukkottai 1/4

by allowing this Civil Revision Petition.

2. Considering the relief that is passed in this Civil Revision Petition, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. Considering the fact the appeal suit has been filed as early as in the year 2023 against the judgment and decree made in O.S.No.165 of 2017 dated 29.04.2022, there shall be a direction the learned Subordinate Judge, Pattukottai, to dispose of the appeal suit in A.S.No.29 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible, however not later than four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
