ORDER

The petitioner has sought for a direction to the second respondent Police not to interfere the civil dispute on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 14.10.2025 and 17.10.2025. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that an enquiry was conducted based on the complaint given by respondents 3 and 4 and the said enquiry has now been closed. Hence, the petitioner would not be called for enquiry anymore.

3.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
