ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S. seeking orders to quash the FIR in Crime No.13 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to withdraw this petition but at the same time, the first respondent police may be directed to investigate the case taking into account the SanDisk ultra USB 3.0 32 GB Pen Drive, which was annexed with the complaint. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also made an endorsement to withdraw this petition.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The first respondent police is directed to proceed with the 2/4

investigation in Crime No.13 of 2025 in accordance with law and they are also directed to consider the Pen Drive submitted by the second respondent while conducting the investigation and to complete the investigation within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
