The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition seeking for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4, to implement the recommendation of State Human Rights https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Commission, Tamilnadu, which is published in the leading Dailies in Tamilnadu and further direct them to ban the usage of the "the word "HUMAN RIGHTS" in the name by any society, Non Governmental Organization (NGO) or association" within their jurisdictional limits.
2.Heared Mr.R.R.Thamothar Raj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that this writ petition is filed based on the representation dated 15.10.2011 and if the petitioner gives a fresh representation to the respondents 1 and 2, they would take appropriate action. 4.In the light of the above submissions, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the respondents 1 and 2 by enclosing a copy of this order, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such compliance, the respondents 1 and 2 shall consider the same and take appropriate action on merits and in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity to all the necessary parties, within a period of eight weeks therefrom.
5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
