ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.410 of 2024, registered against the petitioner and others for offences punishable under Sections 189(2), 285 of BNS, 2023 and Section 3-A of TN Town Nuisance Act, 1889.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the investigation had been completed and the final report had already been filed, but the same has not been taken on file, since the final report was filed beyond the period of limitation.
