Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay all the monetary benefits from the date of petitioners appointment i.e 20.02.2009 in the light of G.O (MS) No. 446 issued by Revenue and Disaster Management (Ser.7(1))Department dated 23.10.2024 based on the petitioners representation dated 01.09.2025 and 16.09.2025 and pass any other appropriate order or relief as this Honble Court may deem fit in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. 1/4

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to pay all the monetary benefits from the date of petitioners appointment i.e 20.02.2009 in the light of G.O (MS) No. 446 issued by Revenue and Disaster Management (Ser.7(1))Department dated 23.10.2024 based on the petitioners representation dated 01.09.2025 and 16.09.2025.

2. Even though the petitioner has sought for a positive Mandamus, it is seen that the petitioner has made a representations on 01.09.2025 and 16.09.2025 respectively for the very same relief.

3. In view of the same, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representations dated 01.09.2025 & 16.09.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law in the light of the order passed by this court in W.P.(MD).No.3842 of 2018 etc., batch cases dated 28.04.2022 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
