The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 10 days in filing the second appeal, challenging the decree and judgment in A.S.No.26 of 2024, dated 07.03.2025 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram, Ramanathapuram District, by confirming the decree and judgment in O.S.No.18 of 2015 on the file of the Sub Court, Ramanathapuram, Ramanathapuram District, dated 20.02.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the caveator/respondents 1 and 2 and the learned Government Advocate (Civil Side) for the third respondent and also perused the records.

3. Considering the reasons assigned and also the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to take the appeal on file, if it is otherwise in order and list the same in the regular course.
