This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the respondents to take action on the petitioner's representation dated 23.08.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that based on the petitioner's representation, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 15.10.2025.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands closed with direction to the respondents to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law.
