ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) This petition is for a mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to take necessary steps as against R5, based upon the petitioner's representation dated 25.09.2025.

2. In the light of the order proposed to be passed in this writ petition, no notice is necessary to the respondents, at this stage.

3. The petitioner has set out various grievances as against setting up of Petrol Bunk by R5 in the present location. Since the same 2/4

grievances form part of the petitioner's representation, which has been filed only in the last week of September 2025, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition, as we believe the same as premature.

4. The petitioner is at liberty to pursue the same before the authorities, who will, as and when the representation is taken up for consideration, ensure that both the petitioner and R5 are heard, prior to passing of the orders. This writ petition is dismissed as premature. No costs.
