Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in TIN33274101006/2007-08 dated 23.12.2011 on the file of the rspondent and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and and against the principle of natural justice and direct the respondent to pass fresh assessment order after considering the reply dated 25.11.2011 along with the records filed by the petitioner and pass such further or other orders.

COMMON JUDGMENT (The Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Challenge in this writ appeal is to an order, dated 22.03.2013, made in W.P.(MD)Nos.4429 & 4430 of 2013. 2.Mr.S.Karunakar, learned counsel for the appellant has circulated a letter, dated 05.04.2016, to the Registry seeking permission to withdraw the writ appeals. Mr.M.Sudalai Muthu, learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.In view the endorsement made, this Writ Appeals stand dismissed as withdrawn. No leave is granted to file fresh appeals on the same grounds. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
