The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 to measure the petitioner's land measuring about in S.F.No.63/27 situated at Veerakudi Village, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukkottai District and further to direct the second respondent to give adequate protection to conduct the survey.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner complained that the survey and demarcation of his land had not been carried out as per his representation dated 15.09.2025.

4. Learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice for respondents 1, 3 and 4, submits that the date for carrying out the survey and demarcation has been fixed on 15.12.2025. He further submits that 2/4

the petitioner may be directed to produce the relevant documents pertaining to the property in question.
