This petition has been filed to accept the cause title.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the order passed by the Tribunal in CMA (CS)No.3 of 2021 dated 04.12.2023, the appellant V.Manikandan died. Therefore, his legal heirs are brought on record as respondents 2 to 4 in this petition.

3. Considering the said submission, this petition is ordered accordingly.
