ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the respondents 3 to 7 based on the petitioner's representation dated 16.10.2024.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that based on the petitioner's representation, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands closed with direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith.
