Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ or direction, to call for the records pursuant to the impugned G.O.Ms.No.168, bublic works (P1) Department dated 02.07.2012 passed by the 1st Respondent and the consequential order passed by the 5th respondent in letter No.Ko/U.Po.Ka.I (Va) 2012-2013/dated 09.01.2013 and quash the same.

For Appellant : Mr.K.Mahendran For Respondents : Mr.M.Muthu Additional Government Pleader JUDGEMENT [Judgement of the Court was delivered by K.RAVICHANDRABAABU, J] It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant that connected writ appeals in W.A.(MD)Nos.522 and 523 of 2013, arising out of the same common order passed by the learned single Judge in W.P.(MD)No.1555 and 1572 of 2013, were dismissed by this Court, on 09.04.2018. Therefore, he fairly submitted that the present writ appeal which was left out on the other day also can be dismissed, in view of the earlier order passed by this Court on 09.04.2018.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents is also endorsing the said fact.

3.Considering the fact that the present writ appeal is filed arising out of the common order passed by the learned single Judge in three writ petitions and further considering the fact that other two writ appeals arising out of the other two writ petitions were already disposed of by this Court on 09.04.2018, as stated supra, this writ appeal is also dismissed.
