Mr.R.M.Anbunithi Additional Public Prosecutor Prayer: To Relax the condition to stay at Chennai and report before the Flower Bazaar Police Station at 10.30 a.m., every day the petitioner is abiding the condition for more than 100 days, which was imposed in the order in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.12968 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD) No.1044 of 2025 dated 19.08.2025.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.K. ILANTHIRAIYAN J.) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.12968 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD) No.1044 of 2025 dated 19.08.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without fail.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances and also the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor the condition imposed in in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.12968 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD) No.1044 of 2025 dated 19.08.2025, directing the petitioner to stay at Chennai and report before the Flower Bazaar Police Station at 10.30 a.m., every day is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the Criminal appeal.
